Carlos Cardinal Academy

The City of Carlos is proud to be home to Carlos Cardinal Academy, a preschool through fifth-grade elementary school within the Alexandria Public School District.

Carlos Cardinal Academy offers a unique educational experience with a modern four-day school week centered on innovative, personalized learning. High student achievement is supported through daily student-choice electives that provide meaningful, real-world learning experiences.

Rooted in creativity, movement, and exploration, the Academy offers hands-on learning opportunities both indoors and outdoors through strong community partnerships and extended learning experiences. Students are encouraged to discover their strengths, pursue their interests, and grow as confident learners, creators, and leaders.
