The City of Carlos follows the Minnesota Basic Code of Ordinances. All residents must comply with Minnesota Basic Code of Ordinances § 91.02 — dogs and cats must not run at large, dogs must be licensed, and all pets must be properly vaccinated. Contact City Hall for details.
