CITY OF CARLOS – PROPERTY MAINTENANCE REMINDER

The City of Carlos would like to remind all property owners of the requirements of City Ordinance §92.38 regarding weeds, grasses, and other uncontrolled vegetation.
92.38 OWNERS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRIMMING, REMOVAL AND THE LIKE
All property owners are responsible for the removal, cutting, disposal, and elimination of weeds, grasses, rank vegetation, or other uncontrolled plant growth on their property when such vegetation exceeds 12 inches in height at the time notice is issued.
Property owners are encouraged to regularly inspect and maintain their lots throughout the growing season to help keep our community clean, safe, and attractive.
